Pictures: 1st birthday, fun in the summer sun, and eating ice cream at Grandma's for Thanksgiving
As you can tell by the pictures, she went from baby to little girl in less than a year. She continues to be our smiley little girl (we have lots of other photos with cheesy smiles to prove it). What would L. say has been the highlight of this year? That's hard to say, but we'd guess it would have something to do with food and all of the great new kinds she has experienced! The lowlight has definitely been the 5-6 ear infections she's battle the past 2 months. Hopefully next year we will be talking about the joy of tubes.

I can't believe how much you have grown this year! My favorite part of the year was having you sit on my lap and have me read to you. I can tell you are your parents' child- books are your favorite!
